The flows of mine gas in the high-concentration mixing pipeline and the low-concentration mixing pipeline are controlled by using the control valve. The mine gas concentration detector is used for detecting whether the concentration of the mine gas is within a range of 2%-3% in time. The secondary mine gas mixing box is arranged for the purpose of ensuring that the concentration of the mine gas is within a range of 2%-3% in a subsequent utilization process.
