Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a dual-output DC-DC oscillator circuit. When a reference voltage VR1 and an enable signal EN are joined, an internal oscillating circuit generates two square wave signals V1 and V2 which are identical in fixed frequency and opposite in phase; two pulse generation circuits generate two narrow pulse signals V3 and V4 with a phase difference of 180 degrees; the two pulse signals can be directly used as output signals of the circuit for triggering the switching on of a switch tube, and also can generate sawtooth signals V5 and V6 as another type of output signals of the circuit via a sawtooth wave generation circuit under the action of an input voltage VIN, a reference voltage VR2 and an enable signal EN, so that an RMS current of the dual-channel DC-DC input is effectively reduced, and interference between the dual-channel output is eliminated. According to the dual-output DC-DC oscillator circuit, a sawtooth wave generation unit provides a slope voltage signal with the ramp low level control and the input voltage feed-forward control, and the slope voltage single improves the stability of a voltage-mode loop. |
