Compared with the prior art, the fire and heat resistant PE composite armor plate provided by the utility model has the advantages that: (1) the armor plate is fire-resistant and heat-insulating, and in a 1000 DEG C high-temperature environment, the temperature of a bullet non-contact surface of the PE composite armor plate synthesized in 10 minutes is only 60 DEG C; (2) the thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.03 W/(m.K); (3) the armor plate is waterproof and water-repellent, with a water absorption rate of smaller than 0.05%; (4) the armor plate does not absorb moisture, does not produce active magnesia, and is resistant to water immersion; (5) the armor plate does not crack after a long time storage and can be stored for five years or more.
