The automobile ultrasonic ranging anti-collision radar includes a micro controller, an ultrasonic transmitting circuit, an ultrasonic receiving circuit, an A/D conversion circuit and a rear automobile warning device for warning the driver of a rear automobile to pay attention to rear-end collision; the rear automobile warning device, an ultrasonic transmitting device and the ultrasonic receiving device are installed at the rear part of an automobile and face the back direction of the automobile; the ultrasonic transmitting circuit and the rear automobile warning device are connected with the micro controller; and the ultrasonic receiving circuit is connected with the micro controller through the A/D conversion circuit. The automobile ultrasonic ranging anti-collision radar can timely detect that the following distance of the rear automobile is too short; when judging that a risk of rear-end collision of the rear automobile exists, the micro controller controls the rear automobile warning device to transmit warning signals, so that the driver can be prompted and take measures timely, and therefore, rear-end collision accidents can be prevented.
