The technical scheme includes that a heat exchange unit is arranged on the inner wall of a barrel, a noise reduction unit is fixed between the barrel and the heat exchange unit, an inlet of the heat exchange unit is connected with a high-temperature smoke inlet pipe while an outlet of the same is connected with a smoke outlet pipe, a cold air inlet and a hot air outlet are connected on the heat exchange unit which is of a U-shaped structure, a spiral heat absorbing piece is arranged inside the heat exchange unit, the noise reduction unit comprises an air inlet, an inflation cavity, a heat insulating layer and an air outlet, the air inlet is arranged at one end of the inflation cavity, the air outlet is arranged at the other end of the inflation cavity, and the heat insulating layer is arranged on the outer wall of the inflation cavity.
