The accurate angle positioning detection system comprises a drive system, a detection device and drilling tool combination. The detection device comprises an MWD system pressure signal sensor (15), a tool face decoder (10), a dynamic tool face controller (13), a servo and brake system (11), an optical-electricity decoder (9) and an angle signal processor (12). The drilling tool combination comprises a drilling bit (1), a bending type deflecting power drilling tool (2), a measuring while-drilling system (3), a drilling rod (4), a drill floor (6) and a vertical pipe (14). According to the accurate angle positioning detection system, data are detected and acquired through the optical-electricity decoder (9), the rotating angle of the a top drive motor (8) is accurately positioned, a numerically-controlled PID technology is adopted, accurate positioning of the rotating angle is achieved, the requirement for dynamically adjusting a downhole oriented power drilling tool face is met, drilling efficiency is improved, and the drilling cycle is shortened. |
