Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a novel die holder calibrating device which comprises a hollow copper bar. The upper end face and the lower end face of the copper bar are each provided with a circular hole, and the circular holes of the upper end face and the lower end face are concentric. Four upper opening alignment grooves are ground in the periphery of the circular hole in the upper end face. Four lower opening alignment grooves are ground in the periphery of the circular hole in the lower end face. Four symmetrical windows are formed in the side wall of the lower end face of the copper bar. Two rubber ring grooves are formed in the side wall of the copper bar. Rubber rings are embedded in the two rubber ring grooves respectively. During calibration of alignment of a die holder, a fishing line penetrates through the circular holes of the upper end face and the lower end face of the copper bar; through four datum lines of the upper bottom and the lower bottom of the copper bar, the position of the fishing line in the copper bar is determined, the position and levelness of the die holder are adjusted, and the fishing line is placed on the two linear intersections; by means of the windows of the side wall of the copper bar, the position, at a lower opening of the copper bar, of the fishing line can be directly observed, the alignment of the die holder can be quite conveniently adjusted, and the quality of optical fiber is improved; the novel die holder calibrating device is simple and convenient to operate and has high application and popularization value. |
