Zusammenfassung: | An integrated bearing shell for a screw drilling tool comprises a main shaft, an upper radial bearing inner sleeve fixed to the upper end of the main shaft, a lower radial bearing inner sleeve fixed to the lower end of the main shaft, an upper bearing shell body inserted into the upper bearing inner sleeve and a lower bearing shell body inserted into the lower bearing inner sleeve, and the upper end of the lower bearing shell body is fixed to the lower end of the upper bearing shell body through thread engagement. When rotating, the main shaft drives the upper radial bearing inner sleeve and the lower radial bearing inner sleeve to rotate relative to the upper bearing shell body and the lower bearing shell body, the upper bearing shell body and the lower beating shell body are connected through threads and fixed to the main shaft through a thrust bearing, and the bearing shell can bear large axial force, so that transmission is stable, and use is reliable. A traditional mode of connecting a bearing outer sleeve with a bearing shell is omitted, the integrated bearing shell is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and machine and convenient to install for a worker, and cost is reduced. |
