The film discharging machine provided by the utility model can exert force uniformly in a downwardly pressing way to separate the film clamped between the inner carrier frame and the outer carrier frame, so that damage, caused by a nonuniform force application during manual operation, to the inner carrier frame and the outer carrier frame is reduced; at the same time, through adoption of mechanical operation, the film discharging efficiency is improved and the manpower consumption is lowered.
