An injection tracer agent box is disposed at a position, closer to the phreatic water injection well than the simulation cavity, of the top of the simulation box. A bottom plate of the injection tracer agent box is provided with a simulation rain hole, and the top of the injection tracer agent box is provided with a tracer agent box. At least five groups of pressure measurement pipes are vertically disposed on a wall of the simulation cavity in an equidistance manner. The device can enable person to visually know the features of the movement of water in a well towards to the phreatic water-bearing stratum and the distribution law of water heads in a process that water is stably injected into the phreatic well, and carries out a test and parameter measurement.
