The leakage water discharge device comprises a plurality of leakage water discharge paths each of which at least comprising a middle water storage tank for temporarily storing leakage water, a discharge pump for discharging the leakage water from the middle water storage tank and water tubes, wherein the leakage water discharge paths are used for introducing the leakage water into a conventional island liquid waste collecting system, and the leakage water is monitored and leaked to the outside through a conventional island liquid waste discharge system; the conventional island liquid waste discharge system is communicated with the conventional island liquid waste collecting system. According to the leakage water discharge device, the middle water storage tanks for collecting the leakage water, the discharge pumps and corresponding pipeline valves are additionally arranged for conveying the leakage water to an oil-free wastewater cooling tank of the conventional island liquid waste collecting system and then monitoring and discharging the leakage water through the conventional island liquid waste discharge system, so that a problem that the load of a liquid waste processing system is excessively heavy due to excessively large leakage water problem of a steam driven pump of the auxiliary feed-water system in the prior art is solved.
