Due to additional arrangement of the digital rotating disc for printing serial numbers, the batches of products can be relatively well traced and managed, and due to additional arrangement of the partitioning agent pond, films are prevented from being adhered together after being cooled and are rapidly cooled, so that the working time is effectively shortened, and the stability of a film material is ensured.
