Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to the technical field of interpupillary distance measuring, in particular to an automatic interpupillary distance measuring system of an optometry unit based on an optical grating. The automatic interpupillary distance measuring system comprises a big support, a counting optocoupler, the optical grating, a sliding block, an optical grating support, a zero suppression optocoupler and an optocoupler support, wherein the counting optocoupler, the optical grating, the sliding block, the optical grating support, the zero suppression optocoupler and the optocoupler support are arranged on the big support. The optical grating is fixed on the optical grating support through a screw, and the optical grating support is arranged on the sliding block. The counting optocoupler is arranged on the optical grating and is connected with the zero suppression optocoupler, and the zero suppression optocoupler is fixed on the optocoupler support. The system comprises a guide shaft, the sliding block is fixed on the guide shaft, and the sliding block is provided with a positioning shaft which can fix the sliding block on the guide shaft. According to the automatic interpupillary distance measuring system, the measuring mode of an optical grating counting method is achieved, the problems of adjusting difficulty of a potentiometer and the assembling and abrasion of wire ropes in the measuring process of an original potentiometer method are successfully solved, the precision of interpupillary distance measuring is greatly improved, the complexity of the device is reduced, the assembly difficulty of the device is lowered, and the production cost is lowered. |
