The monitoring control unit determines whether the electrical parameters and the environmental parameters exceed the set values according to the electrical parameters and the environmental parameters received from the input end at present, if the electrical parameters and the environmental parameters exceed the set values, the current capacitor group is closed, and the standby capacitor group is started to work. The problems of low monitoring control efficiency and low operational reliability of the current capacitor are solved, therefore when the fact that the parameters exceeds the set values is monitored, the current capacitor group is cut off automatically, the standby capacitor group is started, the monitoring cost is saved, the monitoring efficiency is raised, and therefore the safety and stability of the electric power system are ensured effectively.
