N slotting leaf springs (4) are evenly installed on the outer portions of the pipeline clamping pieces (1) and the frequency can be modulated through mass blocks (7) by moving the slotting leaf springs (4) in leaf spring grooves, wherein N ranges from 3 to 6. The frequency modulation type pipeline dynamic absorber is simple in structure, convenient to install and capable of conducting frequency modulation and meeting the requirements for vibration absorption work of different pipeline systems at the working frequency.
