Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a wellhead rapid installing tool for workover job in oil field when blowout occurs, in particular to a recyclable rapid installing spear head. Screw threads are arranged at the upper end of an upper connector of the recyclable rapid installing spear head, and the lower end of the upper connector is connected with a center rod and sealed through an O-shaped sealing ring. The center rod is sleeved with a screw threaded claw and a cone body. The inner side of the lower end of the screw threaded claw abuts against the conical surface of the cone body. An inner step of the cone body is matched with an outer step of the center rod. The lower portion of the center rod is sleeved with a compression sleeve, a sealing rubber sleeve and a fixed blocking cap in sequence. The lower end of the cone body abuts against the compression sleeve. The fixed blocking cap is fixed to the center rod through fixing screws. The recyclable rapid installing spear head achieves blowout control and can establish a circulation channel at the same time, circulative well washing is achieved, wellhead control is achieved, and blowout accidents can be effectively and completely eradicated. The defect that an existing wellhead rapid installing tool can only control blowout and cannot establish a circulation channel with a string in a well is overcome.
