The recyclable rapid installing spear head achieves blowout control and can establish a circulation channel at the same time, circulative well washing is achieved, wellhead control is achieved, and blowout accidents can be effectively and completely eradicated. The defect that an existing wellhead rapid installing tool can only control blowout and cannot establish a circulation channel with a string in a well is overcome.
