The fine boring module is composed of a right-angle fine-adjustment position-rotatable boring cutter head and a fine boring cutter clamp, the right-angle fine-adjustment position-rotatable boring cutter head is installed in the fine boring cutter clamp, the right-angle fine-adjustment position-rotatable boring cutter head and the fine boring cutter clamp are pressed through two laterally-fixing type screws to form an integral module, and the fine boring cutter clamp is installed in the cutter bridge and pressed through three screws. The rough boring module is composed of a rough boring cutter and a rough boring cutter clamp, the rough boring cutter is installed in the rough boring cutter clamp, the rough boring cutter and the rough boring cutter clamp are pressed through two laterally-fixing type screws to form an integral module, and the rough boring cutter clamp is installed in the cutter bridge and pressed through three screws. An inner hole is roughly bored through the rough boring module and finely bored through the fine boring module.
