The sanitary towel for treating hemorrhoids comprises a face layer, a flow guide layer, an absorption layer, a waterproof bottom layer and an absorption core body. The absorption layer is located between the face layer and the bottom layer. The flow guide layer is located between the absorption layer and the face layer. The face layer, the flow guide layer, the absorption layer and the bottom layer are overlapped into a whole. The absorption core body is arranged between the absorption layer and the flow guide layer and located at the front portion of the sanitary towel. A medicine paste for treating hemorrhoids is arranged at the portion, located at the rear portion of the sanitary towel, of the face layer and comprises a base cloth layer, a medicine layer arranged on the base cloth layer and a medicine sealing layer covering the medicine layer. The base cloth layer of the medicine paste is fixed to the sanitary towel and adheres to the sanitary towel through an adhesive layer arranged on the bottom face of the base cloth layer and can also be sewn to the sanitary towel. According to different people, the medicine paste is designed into a round shape or an oval shape or a rectangular shape.
