Heat preservation bitches are welded to the inner wall of a boiler hearth, and the aluminum silicate folding block is fixed through the heat preservation bitches and is fixed into a fixing net through fixing nails; a flatly-laid titanium ceramic heat insulation material and castable compound structure is adopted at the bottom of the boiler body in the circumferential direction, refractory castable is poured to the heated face until the heated face is flush with a boiler body heat preservation layer, and an anchoring part is adopted for fixation. The high-pressure steam-injection boiler radiation section compound heat preservation device has the advantages that the temperature of the outer wall of the radiation section is effectively lowered, the thickness of the heat preservation layer is decreased, and the service life of the heat preservation layer is prolonged. |
