Tamping plug filling device

Provided is a tamping plug filling device. One side of a main slot is connected with one side of an upper cover through a hinge, the end surfaces of the other sides of the main slot and the upper cover contact with each other and are fixed through a clamp ring. A rubber sleeve is sleeved on a piston which is connected with a handle. During tamping plug filling, the upper cover is opened, tamping plug is filled, the upper cover is closed, the inner end of the tamping plug filling device can be directly inserted into a shot hole, and then the tamping plug filling process can be completed by holding a handle in one hand and pushing the piston through the other hand. The tamping plug filling device is simple, fast and convenient to operate, can greatly reduce the tamping plug filling time, meanwhile can obtain a good filling effect, and meets requirements of fast filling tamping plug during drifting blasting.
