When an external water inlet master valve is closed, the thread sleeves 3 are screwed out, the regulating valve elements 2 are taken out, and then the filter screens can be drawn out and cleaned conveniently. Through further improvement on the basis, the valve device can close the valve automatically on the condition that the external master valve is not closed, and the filter screens can be cleaned or replaced. Thus, the throttling and filtering valve device arranged at the water inlet end of the cold and hot water mixing valve is simple in structure, easy to operate, low in cost and wide in application range.
