The pulley structure comprises a middle pulley rotatably installed in the mounting hole, and two side pulleys rotatably arranged in the U-shaped troughs, wherein a first axle of the middle pulley is parallel to the surface of the mounting plate and is horizontally arranged; a second axle of each side pulley is vertical relative to the surface of the mounting plate; a rolling clamping space is formed between the surface of each side pulley and the surface of the middle pulley. The sliding block structure slides on an upright tube by the side pulleys and the middle pulley, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in replacing of each pulley, low cost, high installation efficiency and low installation cost, and the upright tube can be directly installed without processing a chute.
