Monitoring device for run time of packaging machine

A monitoring device for run time of a packaging machine comprises a relay, a plastic cover plate, an installation groove in the middle of the plastic cover plate, wire clamping grooves formed in the upper end and the lower end of the plastic cover plate, and a timer installed in the installation groove. The timer is fixed to the plastic cover plate through the wire clamping grooves. The signal input end B1 of the timer is connected with one end A1 of a coil of the relay, and the other end A2 of the coil of the relay and the other end B2 of the timer are connected with 0VDC. The timer comprises a display screen, a resetting key, a dial switch for unit switching and a dial switch for resetting locking. The monitoring device is installed in the plastic cover plate, utilizes the original space, and is low in cost, attractive and convenient to observe. Through an original equipment line, the accuracy is high by collecting relay signals. Timing can be accumulated, manual resetting or timing unit replacement can be carried out when necessary, and therefore a reliable basis can be provided for equipment maintenance and the part replacement period.
