Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an air braking system of a track-laying machine and relates to the technical field of railway engineering. In a vehicle structure frame, an air storage cylinder of an air compressor is in pipe connection with an individual brake valve through a fourth stop valve, an oil-water separator, a dust collector and a check valve, the individual brake valve is connected with an acting valve through a main air pipe, and the acting valve is connected with a brake cylinder through a first stop valve; the brake cylinder is in pipe connection with an air control valve through a brake cylinder pipe and a second stop valve, the air control valve is connected with a train pipe through a third stop valve and is further connected with an auxiliary air cylinder, and the train pipe is connected with a brake hose; a duplex pressure gauge is arranged between the main air pipe and the brake cylinder pipe, and an emergency brake valve is arranged between the main air pipe and an acting pipe; the main air pipe is connected with an air horn, and the air horn is controlled by an electromagnetic valve. Two systems need to be switched according to the working conditions, and the air braking system of the track-laying machine is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, low in mounting cost and low in maintenance cost, and has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, low failure rate, high construction efficiency, convenience in maintenance due to the selection of a railway standard piece and the like. |
