The complete equipment has the advantages that the complete equipment has power generation and natural gas liquefying functions, is high in comprehensive utilization rate of the pressure energy of the natural gas and further can be used for regulating peak loads of natural gas pipe networks, accordingly, stable natural gas supply can be guaranteed, and purposes of saving energy and protecting environments can be achieved.
