Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to chemical equipment and particularly relates to an environment-friendly device capable of intensively processing wastewater and waste gas. The device comprises a reaction cylinder, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, wherein the liquid inlet is formed in the top of the reaction cylinder, and the liquid outlet is formed in the bottom of the reaction cylinder; the reaction cylinder is divided into a double-layer structure, namely an upper-layer cylinder body and a lower-layer cylinder body, by a partition board, and an air inlet is formed in the side face of the lower-layer cylinder body; a stirring device which is of an inverted Chinese character'Gan'(dry) structure is arranged in the reaction cylinder, penetrates through the partition board to enable two transverse shaft parts to be respectively located in the upper reaction cylinder body and the lower reaction cylinder body and is movably matched with the partition board, and a longitudinal shaft of the stirring device stretches out of a cavity of the reaction cylinder and is connected with a motor; a spraying device is mounted on the partition board. By utilizing the structure and the dual-cylinder structural design of the reaction cylinder, the waste gas and the waste liquid which can be neutralized can be intensively processed, and an environmental protection purpose is achieved while the waste gas and the waste liquid are adequately utilized, so that the cost is greatly saved, and the production efficiency is improved.
