An auxiliary sealing system for a high-risk medium pump comprises a liquid storage tank, a liquid inlet pipeline, a liquid drainage pipeline and a sealing component, wherein the liquid storage tank comprises a high-position sensor and a low-position sensor and further comprises a liquid storage cavity; the high-position sensor and the low-position sensor are respectively positioned at the high liquid level and the low liquid level of the liquid storage tank and used for detecting the capacity of fluid in the liquid storage cavity; the sealing component comprises a receiving cavity; the high-risk medium pump is positioned in the receiving cavity; the two end parts of the liquid inlet pipeline and the liquid drainage pipeline respectively extend and are respectively communicated with the liquid storage cavity of the liquid storage tank and the receiving cavity of the sealing component.
