The multi-layer type mildewproof deodorant piece mainly consists of at least more than two layers of lustering sticking films and at least more than two layers of mildewproof adsorption materials, wherein the lustering sticking films are glued by viscose in a forward manner, and a first adsorption layer is formed between every two lustering sticking films; at least two layers of lustering sticking films are glued on the mildewproof adsorption materials by the viscose, and a second adsorption layer is formed between each layer of lustering sticking film and each layer of mildewproof adsorption material; and the mildewproof adsorption materials can adopt one of copper plate paster or pearly-luster paster, and the forming mode is that back release paper of the mildewproof adsorption materials is removed, the mildewproof adsorption materials are glued oppositely by the viscose, and a third absorption layer and a fourth absorption layer ar
