Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses a tool for measuring the depth of a demarcating conical surface of an engine valve seat. The tool includes a guide way including a guide bar, a handle and a mounting seat which are disposed in integration; and the guide bar and the handle are respectively arranged at two sides of the mounting seat, and one end, close to the guide bar, of the mounting seat is provided with a measuring conical surface being consistent with a demarcating conical surface of a demarcating valve seat. A dial indicator and a measuring lever are mounted on the mounting seat in constraint, the measuring lever has three ends; a first end is hanged to the mounting seat, a second end is provided with a measuring contact terminal pressing against a horizontal surface of the valve seat, and the third end bears against a measuring bar of the dial indicator; and a return spring is disposed between the measuring lever and the mounting seat.
