The vehicle air conditioner heating control system comprises an engine water temperature sensor, a first control module, an electromagnetic clutch machinery type engine water pump, an air condition heater, a second control module and a water temperature sensor, so that the second control module controls output power of the air condition heater to provide heating power in compensation mode when the electromagnetic clutch machinery type engine water pump intermittently runs. The vehicle air conditioner heating control system is compact in structure and simple in operating mode, can enhance use comfort of an air conditioner when used, and further can use intermittent running of the electromagnetic clutch machinery type engine water pump to the utmost to reduce fuel oil wastage, accelerates a warming process of an engine, and reduces emission pollution of the engine.
