The steel coil impactor comprises a frame, a rammer and a hanging chain, wherein a hanging ring is welded at the bottom of a cross beam of the portal frame which consists of the cross beam, a stand column and a bottom plate, the hanging ring is connected with the hanging chain, the rammer consists of a keel plate and impact plates, two sides of the keel plate are provided with the impact plates, the upper surface of the keel plate is provided with an ear plate, and the rammer is hung at the lower end of the hanging chain through the ear plate. Two steel coil impactors are respectively fixed on an outlet beam for outputting steel coils, and the height of the rammer can be adjusted according to different diameters of the steel coils to meet the needs of various coiling diameters.
