Bearings at two ends of each pattern beam are embedded in a bearing guide groove respectively and can slide along bearing guide grooves. The pattern beams are arranged on the corresponding transmission shafts respectively and abut against the transmission shafts. The bearing guide grooves are formed in the machine frame. Each transmission shaft is coated with a first rubber coating. The main motor is respectively connected with the two transmission shafts and connected to the PC control end. The warping machine can achieve high-speed warping of the pattern beams, and improves efficiency and quality of knitting cloth greatly. |
