Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the utility mode is a crystal oscillator drive circuit. The drive circuit is characterized in that a signal input terminal is connected with a grid electrode of a CMOS tube driven by low voltages through a coupling resistor; a source electrode of the CMOS tube is connected with a direct current power supply; a drain electrode of the CMOS tube is connected with a driving voltage output terminal and is also grounded by a resistor; and the grid electrode of the CMOS tube is connected in parallel with a protective resistor for grounding. According to the utility model, the CMOS device driven by low voltages is employed to form the drive circuit. Different circuit diversity demands are satisfied; and circuit energy consumption is reduced. The driving voltage of the circuit is enhanced, thereby improving the circuit energy efficiency. And the complex design of the circuit is simplified. |
