Zusammenfassung:	A coil pipe type condenser includes an inner barrel, condensing coil pipes, a barrel body, a material preheating coil pipe, a cooling water outlet, a cooling water inlet and a secondary steam inlet, wherein secondary steam enters the condenser from the inner barrel to exchange heat with fresh milk and cooling water, so that condensation of secondary steam and material preheating can be conducted simultaneously. The condenser is suitable for 2400 Kg/h double-effect falling film evaporator, adopts a cooling tower, and can be used at the water inflow temperature of 30 degree C and the draining temperature of 36 degree C, and the circulation volume of cooling water is not lower than 56 t/h, and the inflow temperature of fresh milk is not higher than 5 degree C.
