Discharging device for concrete dosing machine

A discharging device for a concrete dosing machine relates to auxiliary equipment of construction machinery. A discharge door of the device takes the shape of a flat plate; flanges, which are inclined upwards, are arranged at two ends of the flat plate; the gap between the discharge door and the discharge opening of a discharge hopper is 4 to 6 cm; a pair of angle bars for supporting is welded outwards on one side at the top of the discharge hopper; clamping grooves and bolt holes are formed in the outer ends of the angle bars; one end of a cylinder is placed in the clamping grooves of the angle bars, and are fixedly connected with the discharge hopper by passing bolts through the bolt holes of the angle bars; the other end of the cylinder is connected with the lower end of the discharge door; and the included angle between the cylinder and the discharge door is enlarged to 55 to 65 degrees. The discharging device has the advantages of sensitiveness, reliability and working stability.
