Zusammenfassung: | A full-color LED device with high contrast ratio and high light efficiency comprises a white support, three LED chips, wires and filling resin. The white support comprises a welding plate, a mortar-shaped recess with an opening on the upper surface, a support body and ink layers, wherein the recess is positioned at the center of the white support on the upper side of the welding plate, the welding plate is embedded into the white support, two ends of the welding plate extend out of the sides of the white support to form metal polar pins, the ink layers are coated on the outer surface of the support body and the surface of each metal polar pin, the resin is filled into the recess, and the LED chips are welded on the welding plate on the lower surface of the recess and connected with the metal polar pins through the wires.
