The right-angled baffle comprises a base baffle and an upright baffle, the right side of the base baffle is connected together with the left side of the upright baffle, and the upright baffle is vertical to the base baffle and is upwards upright; a gap which upwards extends and is matched with a lightning arrester is arranged at the bottom side of the base baffle, and a movable insulating sheet is arranged above the opening area of the gap and can movably cover the area above the opening of the gap or move away from the area; one end of an insulating handle is fixed at the position close to the right side of the base baffle, and the other end of the insulating handle is positioned at the outer side of the bottom edge of the base baffle; and the base baffle and the upright baffle are both made from insulating materials.
