Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a light diffusing-guiding illuminating lamp, comprising a base, two sides of which are respectively provided with a light source unit. Disposed between the two light source units, a light guide unit has a light guide plate for guiding the light direction and diffusing lights. The sides of the light guide plate are opposite to the light source units. The side surface of the light guide plate adjacent to the base is equipped with a reflective pipe for reflecting light sources. In this way, lights emitted by light-emitting diodes are uniformly projected for illumination via the light guide plate, avoiding the problem that the illuminating area can not be effectively increased since lights of light-emitting diodes are too centralized and preventing the generation of unpleasant glare.
