The left primary frame and the right primary frame are symmetrically arranged on left and right arms of the iron core. A primary coil is winded on the left primary frame and the right primary frame respectively, and the left secondary frame and right secondary frame are respectively installed at the outer side of the left primary frame and the right primary frame.
