The injection pressing mold comprises a glue injecting plug, a glue injecting cylinder, a lower mold, an upper mold and a glue injecting hole arranged in the upper mold. The injection pressing mold is characterized in that the glue injecting hole is set into a variable-diameter type structure; by improvement on the traditional mold, no waste glue of glue columns is left on the surface of a vulcanized product, so that the finishing procedure is omitted, the working efficiency is improved, the rejection rate is reduced, simultaneously, the appearance quality of a product is improved and the need of the actual condition can be met.
