A dam is arranged in the middle of the bottom part of the nodulizing packet for the pouring process; the nodulizer is uniformly laid in a pit of one side of the dam; ferrosilicon powder, ductile iron scraps and slag conglomeration agent are sequentially arranged over the nodulizer; and the weight ratio of the nodulizer to the ductile iron scraps is 1:1. When the nodulizing packet for the pouring process is adopted, the nodulizer can react stably in more liquid iron, and the problems of the advance and overquick reaction and low absorption rate of the nodulizer are solved.
