The device comprises a plurality of pressure gages, a data acquisition device, a stress monitoring device and a computer, wherein the pressure gages are buried in set areas of a dock and are sequentially connected with the data acquisition device, the computer and the stress monitoring device to form the stress measuring device. The pressure gages are connected with the data acquisition device through sensors.
