Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a low power consumption circuit for an automobile-used controller, wherein an input end of a power supply is connected with a capacitor which is earthed, and is connected with a terminal D of a P-channel enhanced type MOSFET (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor); a terminal S of the P-channel enhanced type MOSFET is connected with a first resistor and then is connected to a collector electrode of a triode together with a terminal G of the P-channel enhanced type MOSFET at the same time; the terminal S of the P-channel enhanced type MOSFET is also connected with a light emitting diode (LED) which is earthed through a second resistor; a base electrode of the triode is connected with a driving signal input end through a third resistor, and is earthed through a fourth resistor; and an emitting electrode of the triode is earthed. The low power consumption circuit can effectively achieve the purpose of electric energy conservation. |
