The upper portion of the engine base is provided with a dark cavity, the laser diode and two photosensitive resistors are arranged in the dark cavity, light emitted by the laser diode passes to the bottom of the fuel tank via two optical fibers and then is bent upwards, light of one optical fiber irradiates to one photosensitive resistor used as a reference resistor after penetrating a clearance standard oil layer height, and light of the other optical fiber irradiates to the photosensitive resistor which is used as a variable output resistor after penetrating through an actual oil layer height in the fuel tank.
