Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a wind power assisting device and a wind power assisting bicycle. The wind power assisting device comprises fan blades, a fan blade shaft, a transmission steering mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism, a tension mechanism and a supporting mechanism, wherein the fan blades are installed at the front end of the fan blade shaft; the rear end of the fan blade shaft is connected to the transmission steering mechanism; and the transmission steering mechanism is connected with the chain transmission mechanism. The wind power assisting bicycle includes a bicycle and the wind power assisting devices, which are positioned in horizontal direction and arranged on the upper portions of a front wheel and a rear wheel of the bicycle. The wind power assisting devices can supply power for the bicycle by the aid of wind power, reduce burden of people, and can be operated stably by adopting the tension mechanism and the supporting mechanism.
