The wellhead backing frame is provided with one to six guide cylinders, conductor tubes are fixed on the guide cylinders by the fixed wedge, and the wellhead backing frame is fastened on the existing offshore oil-and-gas production platform by the hydraulic pipe clamp. The adding slot device can realize the increasing of the number of the existing slot to meet the production requirements of digging adjustment wells; moreover, the adding slot device also has the characteristics of saving the cost of oilfield development, and having simple structure, short construction and installation cycles, wide applicability, and the like.
