The lubricating oil distributor is composed of a front patch (1) and a rear patch (2), wherein, the front patch (1) and the rear patch (2) are connected by a bolt, a plurality of oil outlets (3) are arranged on the front patch (1), a through hole (4) and an oil inlet (5) are arranged on the rear patch (2), the oil inlet (5) and the oil outlets (3) are communicated with the through hole (4), and dampers (6) are arranged on the pipelines of all oil outlets (3).
