description | The utility model provides a new-typed urea prilling tower vent gas washing device which aims to resolve the current technologic problems that current urea prilling vent gas washing device has the disadvantages of large occupying, large resistance drop, high construction and production cost and being hard to be installed over the top of prilling tower, and most of urea prilling towers at home exhaust the tail gas containing urea directly to the atmosphere. The utility model comprises an air duct communicated a vent gas exit in the tower top with a steam-frog chamber, a water-washing nozzle, a flush tank, a water pipeline, an air outlet arranged on the side of steam-frog chamber and an exhaust passage connected with the air outlet; the air duct is provided with an induced draft fan introducing the tail gas containing urea dust from urea prilling tower to the steam-frog chamber from the upper section, and at least one water pipeline which is arranged in the steam-frog chamber in upper-lower design and is provided with a plurality of nozzles that introduce the water from the flush tank to the steam-frog chamber; the water pipeline is provided with a pump and the other end of the water pipeline is connected to the flush tank. The design of the utility model features little space occupation, little resistance drop, and it can be installed on the top of urea prilling tower. |
