A safety ring for preventing the upper sealing cap being pressed downward is arranged on the lower end of the upper sealing cap. The lower end of the upper sealing cap top surface is provided with a jacking block. The utilization of the compression bar device of the utility model is simple, convenient and reliable and achieves low cost. |
