Compound paint copper-in-aluminum enameled wire and its manufacturing method

The invention relates to a composite copper-plated alclad varnished wire, and relative production, wherein the invention is formed by composite wire and composite insulated layer; the composite wire is a wire whose aluminum corn is coated with copper layer; the composite insulated layer is formed by coating medlin or modified Mylar on the copper layer as bottom layer, than coating polyamide-imides paint on the bottom layer as surface insulated layer. When in production, first, coat the copper band on the outer surface of aluminum rod, to form round copper aluminum-packed rod; then drawing said rod in the drawing machine; at last, using mould method to coat bottom paint and surface paint on the packing machine. The invention can improve conductivity, reduce weight and improve the resistance in high temperature and high pressure.
